The sellers of this Mesa home moved prior to listing the home for sale, thus allowing our stager to easily schedule a contractor to repaint the inside, then replace the old carpet and tile with new wood look tile planks. A few light staging accessories were added to the kitchen and bathrooms, and shortly thereafter the home was under contract.
